Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is based upon the weight of your order and is clearly shown within the online shopping basket.

Our current delivery charges are as follows:

Less than 300 grams       
300g - 2kg
Over 2 kilos

All delivery charges are fully inclusive of VAT. There are no hidden costs.

Deliveries will be made within 2-3 working days.

Our Couriers

We only make use of Royal Mail and reputable national couriers.

As a result of this delivery flexibility, we are able to offer delivery to all UK locations, with the exception of the Channel Islands.

We are currently unable to deliver to overseas locations, including BFPO addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.


As a responsible retailer, we always strive to ensure that our customers are happy with purchases made here at Blue Sky Camping.

We understand, however, that you may sometimes wish to return items.

It is a legal right for customers to be able to withdraw from a purchase for up to 7 days after the item was delivered. If you do wish to return an item then please ensure that it is returned to us in its original condition, unopened and boxed.

To cancel your purchase within the 7-day cooling-off period, plus email us: you should include details of your order number and the products that you wish to return.

Please package the item(s) securely and return them to us, ensuring that they arrive within 7 working days of the date the day after they were originally delivered to you.

Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, unless the item was delivered to you in error, or is faulty.

Once we receive the returned item, we will be happy to refund the part of the purchase price paid for that particular product.

When returning the item to us, we would recommend that you use a reputable delivery company that allows for recorded delivery, or for you to obtain a certificate of posting.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Products

Unfortunately, you may occasionally receive a product that is damaged or faulty.

We try to avoid such situations by using reputable manufacturers, suppliers and couriers.

A full refund (including the postage & packing charge) will be offered on faulty goods, as long as you notify us of the fault within a reasonable time.

You should notify us by email, including details of your order number and the faulty product.
